1. Who we are

This website, manas365.in, and the services offered through it are operated by Manas 365 Mindtech Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), a private company limited by shares (incorporated 18 July 2026), having its registered/principal place of business at HIG 10, L Sector, Ayodhya Nagar, Huzur, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462041, India. Manas 365 Mindtech Private Limited is registered under GST (GSTIN 23AAVCM2269F1Z8). Applicable GST is charged on its digital products, assessments and services and shown on every tax invoice.

2. What data we collect

• Identity & contact — name, email, phone, and (where relevant) age band and location;
• Booking & service data — appointments, service type, and communications with us;
• Assessment data — your responses to assessments and the reports generated for you, which are your personal data;
• Payment data — processed securely by Razorpay; we receive only confirmation and invoice details, never full card/bank numbers;
• Technical data — device, browser and usage data via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Why we process it & on what basis

We process personal data to provide and improve the services described above, to take payments and issue invoices, to communicate with you, to meet legal obligations, and to keep our platform secure. Our lawful basis is your consent and, where applicable, the performance of the service you request and compliance with law, under the DPDP Act, 2023.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share the minimum necessary data with trusted service providers (“Data Processors”) who act on our instructions:

• Razorpay — payment processing. We do not store your card or bank details; these are handled by Razorpay on PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure;
• Hostinger — website and database hosting (India region);
• ZeptoMail / Google Workspace — transactional and account email;
• AiSensy / WhatsApp — appointment and service messaging, where you have opted in;
• analytics and infrastructure providers strictly for security and service quality.

We may also disclose data where required by law, court order, or to protect safety.

How long we keep data

• Financial & invoice records — retained for 8 years, as required under Indian tax and company law;
• Account & profile data — retained while your account is active and until you request deletion;
• Marketing-consent records — retained until you withdraw consent;
• Data no longer required for any lawful purpose is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights as a Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you have the right to:

• access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed;
• seek correction, completion or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• seek erasure of your personal data where it is no longer required for the purpose it was collected (subject to legal retention obligations below);
• nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity;
• withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out); and
• a readily available grievance-redressal mechanism (see below).

To exercise any right, contact our Grievance Officer. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege practices — to protect your data. No method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Where services are provided to a person under 18, we require verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian, consistent with the DPDP Act.
