Request the deletion of your data

You may ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. This is your right as a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, 2023.

How to request

Email our Grievance Officer at manu@manas365.com (or WhatsApp +91 99818 13224) from your registered contact, with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We may verify your identity before proceeding.

What we delete

On a verified request we delete your account, profile, contact details, communications, and — where applicable — your assessment responses and reports, unless we are required to keep specific records by law.

What we must retain

We are legally required to keep certain records even after deletion — principally financial and invoice records for 8 years under Indian tax and company law. These are retained securely and used only for compliance.

Timeline

We action verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm once complete.
