Assessments & digital products
- Because assessments, reports, e-books and courses are digital products delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable once accessed or started;
- If a product was not accessed and a refund is requested within 48 hours of purchase, we will review it in good faith;
- Duplicate charges or verified technical failures that prevented access are fully refunded;
- Subscription/corporate services are governed by their specific order or agreement.
How refunds are made
Approved refunds are made to the original INR payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. To request a refund, contact our Grievance Officer with your order/payment reference.
