The technology behind measurable mental wellness
Manas 365 Mindtech builds software that turns validated psychological questionnaires into instant, private and safe measurement — for individuals online, and for colleges and employers at scale.
Six parts, one platform
Each layer is built and run by Manas 365 Mindtech.
Validated instruments, scored instantly
A catalogue of 170 published, validated questionnaires — PHQ-9, GAD-7, PSS-10, WHO-5, DASS-21 and more — plus our own India-specific scales. Each instrument is stored with its items, scoring rules and interpretation bands, so the score is calculated the moment the last answer is given.
From a number to a plan
An optional report (₹299) generated by AI from the person’s results, grounded in interpretation guidance written by a psychologist. It explains what the score means, what it does not mean, and practical next steps.
A deterministic crisis gate
Every completed screen passes a rule-based severity gate built from a per-instrument registry of sentinel items and severity bands. It recognises crisis language in English and Hindi, shows crisis helplines (iCall, Vandrevala) and the 112 emergency number alongside the result, and alerts the Manas team by email so a severe screen gets a follow-up.
Questions that adapt (coming soon)
The Whole-Person Evaluation chooses the next questions from earlier answers and maps how stress, sleep, mood and anxiety affect each other, ending in one connected AI report.
One trackable measure
A composite framework that combines individual screens into a single wellbeing picture that can be tracked over time and compared with population norm snapshots.
For institutions and partners
Colleges, employers and partner apps can send responses and receive scored, interpreted results over an authenticated API, with keys issued per partner and usage logged per key.
Help people find the right check
Priya-AI is a guided assistant that suggests suitable validated assessments and helps people understand their results. Manas Vaani, a voice assistant, is in development. Both are grounded in validated instruments and are never a substitute for professional care.
Private by design
India-specific measurement
Scales such as the India-Specific Life Stress Index™ and the High-Functioning Distress Screen™ measure pressures common in Indian families and workplaces.
Data protection
Answers are used only to calculate scores and prepare reports. They are never sold or used for advertising, and anyone can ask us to delete their data, in line with the DPDP Act, 2023.
No account needed
Anyone can take an assessment without signing up. An account is optional, for saving results and tracking change over time.
