1. Who we are

This website, manas365.in, and the services offered through it are operated by Manas 365 Mindtech Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), a private company limited by shares (incorporated 18 July 2026), having its registered/principal place of business at HIG 10, L Sector, Ayodhya Nagar, Huzur, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462041, India. Manas 365 Mindtech Private Limited is registered under GST (GSTIN 23AAVCM2269F1Z8). Applicable GST is charged on its digital products, assessments and services and shown on every tax invoice.

2. Our services

Through manas365.in we provide psychological assessments and digital products — including validated assessments, the Manas Wellbeing Index (MWI), the Manas Vaani voice check, Priya-AI, reports, e-books, courses, and institutional / corporate wellbeing platforms.

3. Eligibility & your account

You must be 18 or older to purchase services for yourself; services for a minor require a parent/guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure.

4. Purchases, fees & payments

Assessments, reports, courses, e-books and subscription/corporate services are purchased through the site. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) (inclusive of applicable GST) and are processed via Razorpay (settling to the company’s account); a GST tax invoice is issued for every purchase. Access to a digital product is granted on successful payment.

6. Intellectual property

All assessments, the Manas Wellbeing Index, reports, software, content and the Manas brand are the intellectual property of Manas 365 Mindtech Private Limited. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use them for your own purposes; you may not copy, resell, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
